At Vaccari Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the boots in their original, unworn condition inside the original shoe box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or shipment of your new pair.
